    Ingredients

    • 1 package UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Whole Grain Brown
    • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
    • 3 tablespoons red hot wing sauce
    • 1 cup sliced celery
    • 1 cup shredded carrots
    • 4 ounces mini fresh Mozzarella balls, cut in half
    • ¼ cup sliced green onions
    • Blue cheese dressing, optional

    Instructions

    1. In center of individual plates, place about ¾ cup warmed rice.
    2. Have your child help you arrange the remaining ingredients around rice. Let them show their creativity by placing the ingredients in an “artistic” way.
    3. If desired, drizzle with dressing. 
    4. Refrigerate leftovers.
