    About this dish

    You don’t need a lot time to make this dish that’s bursting with the yummy taste of mushrooms and spinach.

    Ingredients

    • 1 pouch UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Whole Grain Brown 
    • 2 tablespoons oil
    • 3/4 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
    • 4 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
    • 1 box (10 ounces) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    • 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce 

    Instructions

    1. Heat rice in microwave for 90 seconds.
    2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Sauté chicken for 5 minutes or until completely cooked.
    3. Add mushrooms and spinach to the skillet; cook 2 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and serve over rice.
