    A hearty, savory and oh-so-satisfying side dish. This unforgettable stuffing is infused with the flavors of sausage and mushrooms, accented with Worcestershire sauce.

    Ingredients

    • 1 box UNCLE BEN’S® Long Grain & Wild Rice, Original Recipe
    • 1 pound Italian pork sausage, mild or hot
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
    • 1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
    • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh sage
    • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

    Instructions

    1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
    2. Sauté sausage, onion and garlic until cooked and brown. Remove from heat.
    3. Add mushrooms to pan with Worcestershire sauce and pan drippings. Cook until tender.
    4. Mix rice, sausage, mushrooms and herbs.
    5. Serve.
