About This Dish

A scrumptious salmon dish where the tang of lemon melds with the distinct taste of dill. And it only takes 25 minutes to prepare.


  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill (dried) or 1 tablespoon fresh 
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper 
  • 4 salmon fillets 
  • 2 cups green beans 
  • Lemon slices and fresh dill for garnish
  • Heavy-duty aluminum foil 
  • 1 package UNCLE BEN’S® READY WHOLE GRAIN MEDLEY™ Brown & Wild 


  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. While grill is heating, combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Arrange salmon on a tray made of heavy-duty aluminum foil with 1-inch sides. Spread butter mixture over fillets. Place on medium-hot grill, cover lightly with foil and grill about 13-15 minutes.
  4. Steam green beans while salmon is on grill. Garnish salmon with lemon slices and fresh dill.
  5. Serve with rice.
