If you’ve never tasted pork chops with a honey-Dijon glaze, get ready for a real treat! This scrumptious dish will remind you of French onion soup, with just the right amount of sweetness to make it a favorite you’ll serve again and again.


  • 1 package UNCLE BEN’S® 5 Grain Medley, Quinoa Pilaf
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter


  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper as desired. Grill, bake or pan sear pork chops to desired doneness.
  2. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a small saucepan, add honey, Dijon mustard and butter. Over medium heat stir mixture often until a glaze forms, about 4 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let stand until pork chops are done.
  5. Apply glaze to pork chops and serve with rice.

Tasty Tip: Serve with your favorite vegetable such as sautéed spinach or asparagus.
