- Season pork chops with salt and pepper as desired. Grill, bake or pan sear pork chops to desired doneness.
- Prepare rice according to package instructions.
- In a small saucepan, add honey, Dijon mustard and butter. Over medium heat stir mixture often until a glaze forms, about 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let stand until pork chops are done.
- Apply glaze to pork chops and serve with rice.
