Feta cheese…basmati rice…savory herb flavors…chicken breasts…Getting hungry? If you’ve ever wondered how to cook a Greek-style dish but didn’t know where to start, this recipe makes it easy.


  • 1 package UNCLE BEN’S® Basmati Medley, Savory Herb
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style vinaigrette salad dressing


  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano as desired. Grill chicken until fully cooked.
  2. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl combine cucumber, tomato, onion, feta cheese, and dressing. Mix well.
  4. When chicken is fully cooked, let rest 5 minutes, then slice.
  5. Serve chicken with cucumber salad and rice.
  6. Tasty Tip: Marinate chicken in the salad dressing before grilling.
  7. Serve with another favorite green salad or vegetable of your choice.
