    Here’s a quick, easy, one-skillet meal that will make you think of Thailand and other exotic locations. That’s because it perfectly melds the flavors of shrimp, red chili paste, and coconut milk. Surprise your family tonight with this amazingly tasty and filling dish.


    • 1 (13.6-ounce) can unsweetened coconut milk (not cream of coconut)
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons red chili paste (to taste)
    • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
    • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
    • 1 cup UNCLE BEN’S® Flavor Infusions Garlic & Butter
    • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined


    1. In a 10-inch skillet, stir together coconut milk, chicken broth, chili paste, coriander, and paprika.
    2. Add rice and bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.
    3. Stir in shrimp and continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp just turn pink. Refrigerate leftovers.
