About This Dish

A hearty, beefy recipe for cheese lovers and hamburger aficionados. It cooks up quick, but the happiness will last.


  • 2 pouches UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Creamy Four Cheese
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon no sodium all purpose seasoning
  • 1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup ketchup


  1. Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat on medium high heat. Once skillet is heated, add meat to pan and add seasoning. Continue to sauté until brown and add tomatoes with juice. Continue to sauté until ground meat is fully cooked.
  2. Turn off heat with some tomato juice remaining in pan.
  3. Combine relish and mustard and add to cooked meat. Add ketchup and stir to incorporate well.
  4. Heat UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® pouch in microwave for 90 seconds.
  5. Combine READY RICE® and cheese with hamburger mixture.
