Cooking instructions

Squeeze READY RICE® Creamy Four Cheese Flavored Rice pouch to separate rice.
Tear 2 inches to vent.
Heat on HIGH for 90 seconds.
Serve immediately.

Cooking time for 2 pouches = 2½ minutes. Microwave times may vary. Take care when handling and opening the hot pouch. Refrigerate unused portion.

In the skillet

Gently squeeze the sides of the pouch to break apart the rice and pour contents into a skillet. Add 2 Tbsp. of water and heat.
Stir rice occasionally until heated thoroughly.
Serve immediately.

Until now, I’ve enjoyed every flavor I’ve tried (which is many), so when I saw the “Four Cheese” flavor at a different store, I grabbed 6 of them because I love cheese! However, I am VERY, VERY disappointed with this flavor.....it smells awful, like plastic & “fake” cheese, and it tastes awful!!! i just could not eat it.....it was repulsive....I’m so disappointed! Now I’m stuck with all of these Four Cheese flavors because I don’t have my grocery receipt any longer! Too bad this happened, because I usually keep my pantry stocked with these handy rice pouches.....not sure what is going on.....??

Rated 1 out of 5 by RockyMtnGal from Horrible Smell & Taste is Worse Every flavor of these that I have tried has been awful. They have a really weird smell (maybe the plastic bag?). Of the ones I have tried, this is the least offensive one, but completely bland (no I'm not a smoker). This has little to no flavor whatsoever and is definitely not cheesy at all. The texture is already mushy like overcooked rice. I'm a great home cook and have a very well developed palate. Sorry but this stuff is disgusting.
