UNCLE BEN’S® Beef & Broccoli

Simply Add:

1 Lb. of thinly sliced beef
3 cups broccoli, chopped (6 oz.)
1 small onion, sliced (8.5 oz.)
2 1/2 cups water

Cooking Instructions

1. Begin by heating 2 tsp. oil in lidded skillet over medium-high heat and cook beef for 3-5 minutes to desired donesness. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
2. Add remaining oil, broccoli and onions to the skillet and continue cooking for 3 - 5 minutes, stirring frequenctly. Remove everything from skillet and set aside.
3. Combine grains, seasoning, and water in skillet and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 25 minutes, or until most water is abosrbed. Remove from heat.
4. Mix in beef and vegetables. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes. Stir well and enjoy!
