Nestled in a bun, turkey combines with UNCLE BEN’S® WHOLE GRAIN MEDLEY™ Brown Rice and Quinoa. Easy to make. Easy to eat. Easy to love.

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch UNCLE BEN’S® WHOLE GRAIN MEDLEY™ Brown Rice and Quinoa 
  • 1 pound ground turkey 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano 
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley 
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 2 tablespoons water 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 package slider or dinner rolls  

Instructions

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice with the turkey, egg, oregano, parsley, tomato paste, salt and water.
  3. Mix well and form into 12–16 small burgers.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  5. In two batches, cook the sliders for about 5 minutes until browned. Flip over and cook through, about 3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining sliders.
  6. Serve on slider rolls with your favorite condiments.
  7. Note: You can make the sliders ahead of time, assemble and heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds when ready to serve.
