Ingredients

  • 1 cup Merlot
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 beef filets
  • 1 box UNCLE BEN’S® COUNTRY INN® Rice Pilaf
  • 2 cups green-peas-and-carrots-mixture, frozen or canned

Instructions

  1. Combine Merlot, Worcestershire sauce, garlic cloves, brown sugar, salt and black pepper. Mix well and add beef filets. Let meat marinate for at least 10 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare rice according to package directions and heat grill. Grill marinated beef filets until desired doneness. Heat vegetables and serve with rice and filet.
