Calling all fish lovers! Our brown rice has a delicious way of enhancing the taste of grilled salmon fillets. Delicate herb flavors help make this an unforgettable meal.


  • 1 package UNCLE BEN’S® Brown Rice Medley, Roasted Garlic & Herb
  • 4 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning


  1. Marinate salmon fillets in olive oil, lemon juice and lemon zest for 5 minutes.
  2. Season salmon with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning as desired.
  3. Grill salmon to desired doneness.
  4. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  5. Serve salmon with rice and roasted vegetables.

Tasty Tip: Instead of roasting vegetables try grilling them instead.
