  • 1 package UNCLE BEN’S® Brown Rice & Quinoa, Roasted Red Pepper
  • 1-1/2 pounds top sirloin steak

Instructions

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper as desired. Grill steak to desired doneness.
  2. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  3. When steak is fully cooked, let rest 5 minutes, then slice.
  4. Serve steak with rice and vegetable of your choice.
  5. Tasty Tip: For added flavor, serve steak with sauce of your choice.
  6. For the vegetable side, grill or roast broccoli and red peppers.
