About This Dish

The rich, meaty flavor of Johnsonville® Polish Kielbasa Sausage melds perfectly with the goodness of  UNCLE BEN’S®  READY RICE® Long Grain and Wild.


  • 1 pouch UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Long Grain & Wild
  • 1 link Johnsonville® Polish Kielbasa Sausage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley  


  1. Heat oil in a sauté pan. Add onion and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until soft and brown.
  2. While vegetables cook, heat UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Long Grain & Wild in microwave according to package instructions.
  3. Add garlic and sausage to vegetables and cook until sausage has browned.
  4. Add rice and mix well.
  5. Add in 1/2 cup broth, stir until heated. Mixture should be wet and saucy.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley.
