About This Dish

What happens when you add broth, chopped walnuts and broccoli to UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Rice Pilaf? A new family favorite!  

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Rice Pilaf 
  • 2 tablespoons chicken or vegetable broth 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 package frozen broccoli  

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe dish, combine broth with broccoli and microwave for 3 minutes.
  2. Add rice and cook for 90 seconds more.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and mix in walnuts.
