Ingredients

1package UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Long Grain & Wild Rice
1/2cup pecans chopped and toasted
1tsp. thyme
1tsp. marjoram
1/4cup parsley
3 green onions chopped
1Tbsp. lemon juice
2ribs celery small dice
1/4cup olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare rice according to package instructions and chill.
2. Toast chopped pecans in 325F degree oven for 15 minutes.
3. Mix all the remaining ingredients with the rice in a large bowl.
4. Arrange rice mixture in serving dish and top with toasted pecans.
