1package firm tofu cubed
1/4cup vegetable stock
1package dried vegetable soup mix
1Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

1. Heat pan, add olive oil and tofu.
2. Lightly brown tofu.
3. Add soup mix, stock and rice to pan.
4. Cook for 3 minutes.
