Ingredients

1pouch UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Rice Pilaf
1/2cup frozen mixed vegetables
1/4cup chopped onion
1Tbsp. olive oil
1can chicken stock

Instructions

1. Heat oil in pan with onions for 1 minute.
2. Add frozen vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Pour in stock; bring to a light boil; add rice and simmer for l minute.
4. Serve in bowls.
