Ingredients

1 UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Long Grain & Wild Rice
1/2package cooked turkey breast strips
1can diced tomatoes
1/4cup onion
1Tbsp. butter
1can chicken broth

Instructions

1. Melt butter in saucepan under medium heat; add onions and sauté for 2 minutes.
2. Add turkey strips and heat for another 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and chicken broth until light boil.
3. Add rice until warm then serve in bowls.
