Ingredients

1cup UNCLE BEN’S® Instant Rice
1/2cup turkey thin pieces
1cup frozen vegetable mix or fresh (shredded carrots, frozen peas, onion, broccoli, corn)
1 egg beaten
1cup cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cook rice according to package instructions. Mash rice in pan to break up grains.
3. Sauté vegetables and meat together until warm.
4. Add beaten egg, cheese, vegetables and meat to rice. Mix well.
5. Shape into 3 inch patties and place on a greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields about 8 patties.
