| 1 | pouch UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Long Grain & Wild Rice |
| 2 | cups cooked turkey breast (cut into strips) |
| 1/4 | cup chopped parsley |
| 1 | can low-sodium cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 | Tbsp. olive oil |
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in pan; add turkey strips for 2 minutes.
2. Pour soup over turkey; cook for 2 minutes.
3. Mix-in rice; heat for 90 seconds.
4. Serve in bowl with parsley sprinkled on top.
