Turkey a la Rice Soup

Ingredients

1pouch UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Long Grain & Wild Rice
2cups cooked turkey breast (cut into strips)
1/4cup chopped parsley
1can low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
1Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in pan; add turkey strips for 2 minutes.
2. Pour soup over turkey; cook for 2 minutes.
3. Mix-in rice; heat for 90 seconds.
4. Serve in bowl with parsley sprinkled on top.
