Instructions
1. Combine broth and 1 teaspoon light sesame oil in a pot. Bring to a boil.
2. Stir in rice, turn heat to low, cover, and cook 10 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
3. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon light sesame oil and red pepper flakes in a large skillet or wok.
4. Add shrimp and stir-fry on medium-high heat until cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
5. Add garlic and remaining 1 tablespoon light sesame oil to skillet and turn heat to medium-low.
6. Stir in broccoli and grated fresh ginger. Cook covered, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is tender but still bright.
7. Return shrimp to pan, and season mixture with soy sauce.
8. Fluff rice with a fork and transfer to a serving platter.
9. Top rice with broccoli and shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and garnish platter with lime wedges. Serve.
