Ingredients
| 1 | cup UNCLE BEN’S® Natural Whole Grain Brown Rice |
| 2 | cups cooked chicken diced |
| 1/4 | cup red bell pepper diced |
| 1/2 | cup snow peas diced |
| 1/4 | cup green onions chopped fine |
| 1 | can waterchestnuts sliced |
| 1 | Tbsp. red wine vinegar |
| 1/4 | cup teriyaki sauce |
Instructions
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions. Let cool.
2. Mix together teriyaki sauce and wine vinegar.
3. In a separate bowl, toss together cooked rice, bell pepper, green onion, water chestnuts, cooked chicken and snow peas.
4. Pour teriyaki mixture over rice mixture, coating all.
5. Chill and serve.
