Ingredients
| 1 | cup UNCLE BEN’S® Natural Whole Grain Brown Rice |
| 1 | cup cooked chicken diced |
| 1 | cup red bell pepper diced |
| 1/2 | cup lite soy sauce |
| 3 | Tbsp. garlic minced |
| 1/2 | cup soy sauce minced |
| 2 | Tbsp. peanut oil |
| 2 1/2 | oz. water chestnuts sliced |
| 1/4 | cup rice wine |
| 1 | Tbsp. rice vinegar |
| 1/2 | cup green onion chopped and sliced |
| 1 | jalepeño pepper minced |
Instructions
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. Combine peanut oil, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine, rice vinegar and jalepeño peppers to make the dressing.
3. Mix well.
4. Fold in the remaining ingredients.
