1pouch UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Original Long Grain Rice
1cup grilled chicken strips
2cups frozen sugar snap peas
1/4cup stir-fry sauce

Instructions

1. Place chicken, snap peas and sauce in a microwave safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on full power for 3 minutes.
2. Remove from microwave and keep covered.
3. Place rice pouch in microwave and prepare according to package instructions.
4. Serve chicken and snap pea mixture over rice.
