Ingredients
| 6 | cups UNCLE BEN’S® Boil-In-Bag Rice |
| 1 | medium onion chopped |
| 2 | Tbsp. raisins |
| 2 | cups chicken cooked and diced |
| 1 | can pineapple |
| 1/2 | medium red pepper diced |
| 1 1/2 | tsp. garlic salt |
| 1/4 | cup hot pepper sauce |
May also make with beef or pork.

Instructions
1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
2. Spray 12 inch skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Sauté onions, peppers, and chicken on medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
3. Add pineapple, pepper sauce, raisins, and garlic salt to chicken mixture. Mix until combined. Heat thoroughly and serve while hot.
4. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
