Ingredients
| 1 | cup UNCLE BEN’S® Fast & Natural™ Whole Grain Instant Brown Rice |
| 1 | lb. shrimp peeled and deveined |
| 2 | Tbsp. butter |
| 1 | red onion diced |
| 4 | cloves garlic minced |
| 2 1/4 | cups water |
| 1 | jalapeño pepper chopped |
| 2 | Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 | tsp. salt |
Instructions
1. In a large skillet or saucepan, sauté the onions and garlic in butter until the onion is transparent and beginning to brown.
2. Add the salt, jalapeño, Worcestershire sauce and rice; continue to sauté for about 1 minute. Add the water and bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cover; cook for 25 minutes.
3. After the 25-minute cook, stir in the shrimp and cover; cook for 5 more minutes.
