Ingredients
| 2 | cups UNCLE BEN’S® Boil-In-Bag Rice |
| 1 | bag stir-fry vegetables |
| chicken breast (skinless) |
| 4 | green onions sliced |
| 1 | clove garlic minced |
| 1 | Tbsp. peanut oil |
| 1/4 | cup basil leaves chopped |
| 3 | Tbsp. lite soy sauce |
| 1 | small jalapeño minced |
Instructions
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil until hot; saute the meat until it is well browned.
3. Add the remaining ingredients except the soy sauce and stir -fry until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Finish with soy sauce and serve over the rice.
