Ingredients
| 1 | cup UNCLE BEN’S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice |
| 1/2 | lb. cooked shrimp peeled |
| 1 | cup single cream or milk |
| 1 | oz. butter |
| 1 | large onion finely chopped |
| 1 | medium apple finely chopped |
| 1 | stalk celery finely chopped |
| almonds |

| 1 | tsp. salt |
| 2 | Tbsp. flour |
| 1 | tsp. sugar |
| 1/8 | tsp. pepper |
| 1 | Tbsp. curry powder |
| mango chutney |
Instructions
1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
2. Cook onion apple, and celery in butter until tender, but not brown.
3. Blend in curry powder, flour, salt, pepper and sugar. Cook for 1 minute, then add cream or milk.
4. Simmer, stirring until thickened. Add shrimp and heat through.
5. Serve with rice and accompaniments.
