1can diced tomatoes with juice
1can vegetable stock

Instructions

1. Heat tomatoes and mushrooms under medium heat for 1 minute. Add vegetable stock.
2. Bring to a low boil; add rice for 90 seconds.
3. Serve in a bowl.
