1cup UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Long Grain & Wild Rice
1/2lb. roast beef slices
1/3cup red bell pepper
1/2cup shredded smoked gouda cheese
4 whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

1. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
2. For each flour tortilla, place one fourth of roast beef slices, red bell peppers, smoked Gouda cheese and rice.
3. Tightly roll wrap and slice into pieces or eat whole.

tips and notes
Use flavored tortillas for added color and taste such as spinach and garlic or sun dried tomato.
