Ingredients
| 3 | cups UNCLE BEN’S® Boil-In-Bag Rice |
| 1 | avocado cored, peeled, and sliced |
| 1/4 | cup lemon juice |
| 1/4 | tsp. garlic powder |
| 3/4 | tsp. salt |
| 1/4 | tsp. black pepper |
| 2 | Tbsp. olive oil |
| 1 | tsp. dill weed dried |
| 1/2 | tsp. mustard powder |
| 1 | can artichoke hearts drained |
Instructions
1. Cook rice according to package instructions. Cool.
2. Combine mustard powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, dill weed, vegetable oil, olive oil, and lemon juice.
3. Add rice, avocado and artichoke hearts, and stir.
