Ingredients
| 2 | cups UNCLE BEN’S® Instant Rice |
| 1/4 | cup sliced mushrooms |
| 1/4 | cup green onions chopped |
| 1/4 | tsp. garlic powder |
| 1 | Tbsp. soy sauce |
| 2 | cups chicken broth |
Instructions
1. Bring chicken broth to boil in a saucepan.
2. Add rice, mushrooms, green onions, soy sauce, and garlic powder to broth. Stir and remove from heat.
3. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
4. Serve with extra soy.
