Chinese Rice with Pork

Ingredients
| 1 | cup UNCLE BEN’S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice |
| 1 | package pork (raw) cut into 1" x 1/2" cubes |
| 1 | onion sliced |
| 1/2 | cup celery sliced |
| 1/4 | cup butter |
| 1 | Tbsp. soy sauce |
| 1/2 | cup almond slivers |
| 1 | tsp. salt |
| 3 | cups chicken broth |
Instructions
1. Melt butter or margarine in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add pork and onion, brown well. Add celery, soy sauce, rice, salt, broth.
3. Cover tightly. Cook over high heat until steaming freely, then turn heat to simmer and cook for 25 minutes.
4. Serve
