Rice 'N Salmon Casserole

Ingredients
| 1 | cup UNCLE BEN’S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice |
| 1 | can salmon |
| 1/2 | cup grated cheddar cheese |
| 3/4 | cup milk |
| 3 | Tbsp. butter or margarine |
| pinch cayenne pepper |
| 1/2 | tsp. paprika |
| 3/4 | tsp. salt |
| 3 | Tbsp. flour |
| 1/8 | tsp. black pepper |
Instructions
1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
2. Flake salmon (remove bones or crush finely) and combine with rice.
3. Melt butter or margarine; remove from heat, blend in flour.
4. Stir in milk and seasonings and cook over low heat until sauce is thickened.
5. Combine sauce with rice mixture and place in 1 1/2-quart casserole or 4 individual casseroles.
and top with cheese.
6. Cover; bake in 350 F oven 30 minutes.
