Long Grain & Wild Rice and Herb Salad with Toasted Pecans

Ingredients
| 1 | box UNCLE BEN’S® Long Grain & Wild Rice Original Recipe |
| 1 | tsp. thyme |
| 1/2 | cup pecans chopped and toasted |
| 1 | tsp. marjoram |
| 1/4 | cup parsley |
| 3 | green onions chopped |
| 1 | Tbsp. lemon juice |
| 2 | stalk celery finely diced |
| 1/4 | cup olive oil |
Instructions
1. Prepare rice according to package instructions and chill.
2. Toast chopped pecans in 325 degree F oven for 15 minutes.
3. Mix all the remaining ingredients with the rice in a large bowl.
4. Arrange rice mixture in serving dish and top with toasted pecans.
