Pan-Seared Sea Bass with UNCLE BEN’S® Long Grain & Wild Rice

Ingredients

1package UNCLE BEN’S® Long Grain & Wild Rice Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil
2lb. sea bass or other firm white fish
110 oz. package frozen petite peas, thawed and drained
Garlic salt, lemon pepper and paprika to taste
nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Season fish with garlic salt, lemon pepper and paprika.
3. Heat coating spray in a large nonstick skillet. Over medium-high heat, sear fish on each side until a light crust forms. Place seared fish on top of rice and peas in a baking dish. Bake in oven at 350F until fish is thoroughly cooked.
