| 1 | package UNCLE BEN’S® Long Grain & Wild Rice Original Recipe |
| 1 | lb. beef tenderloin cut into four pieces |
| 2 | Tbsp. garlic freshly minced |
| 1/4 | cup onions finely minced |
| 1 | cup Cabernet wine |
| salt and black pepper to taste |
Instructions
1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil along with onion and garlic. Once hot, pan-sear tenderloin on all sides until golden brown. Finish cooking by placing skillet in oven for about 15 minutes.
3. Remove beef from skillet and set aside for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in the same skillet, add wine. Reduce on stovetop. Swirl in butter. Slice beef into four slices and transfer onto serving plate.
4. Drizzle sauce over beef, and serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
