Ingredients
| 1 | cup UNCLE BEN’S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice |
| 2 | bananas sliced |
| 3 | dried figs coarsely chopped |
| 1/4 | cup diced pineapple diced |
| 1 | orange cut into segments |
| 3 | Tbsp. cream |
| 1 | Tbsp. curry powder |
| 1/2 | tsp. paprika |
| 3 | Tbsp. wine vinegar |
| 3 | Tbsp. vegetable oil |
| 1 | pinch salt |
| 1/2 | tsp. pepper |
Instructions
1. Cook rice according to package directions. In large bowl, place rice. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
2. In small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, cream, curry powder, pepper, paprika and salt; mix well. Stir into rice.
3. Slice bananas and add to.mixture, with figs pineapple, orange segments, ham and peanuts.
4. Toss lightly so the fruit stays together and doesn’t get mushy.
