Ingredients
| 1 1/2 | cups UNCLE BEN’S® Instant Rice |
| 1/2 | cup cooked pork cut into strips |
| 4 | oz. pea pods cut in half diagonally |
| 1/2 | tsp. ground ginger |
| 2 | Tbsp. soy sauce |
| 1/3 | cup green onions sliced diagonally |
| 1 | Tbsp. vegetable oil |
| 1 1/3 | cups chicken broth |
Instructions
1. Combine broth, oil and ginger in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.
2. Stir in rice, pork, pea pods and soy sauce. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
3. Stir in green onions.
