Long Grain and Wild Rice Turkey Roll Ups

Ingredients

1box UNCLE BEN’S® Long Grain & Wild Rice Original Recipe
4slices turkey breast
8oz. turkey gravy
1can jellied cranberry sauce (8 oz.)

Instructions

1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
2. While rice is cooking, heat turkey breast in hot skillet.
3. Cut 3 thin slices of jellied cranberry sauce and place them in the center of the serving platter.
4. Spoon the Uncle Ben’s Long Grain and Wild Rice in center of the turkey slices. Roll the turkey around the rice.
5. Arrange turkey rolls on top of cranberry slices and drizzle with warm turkey gravy.

You may use chicken gravy instead of turkey gravy if preferred or if turkey gravy is unavailable. You may also use cranberry chutney instead of jellied slices.
