Ingredients

1package UNCLE BEN’S® Brown & Wild Rice Mushroom Recipe
4 salmon fillets
1Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2tsp. dill (dried), or 1 Tbsp. fresh
1/4tsp. onion powder
1/8tsp. pepper
2cups green beans
2Tbsp. unsalted butter melted
heavy-duty aluminum foil

Instructions

1. Prepare rice according to package directions
2. While grill is heating, combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
3. Arrange salmon in a tray made of heavy-duty foil with 1-inch sides. Spread butter mixture over fillets. Place on medium hot grill and cover lightly with foil and grill about 13-15 minutes.
4. Steam green beans while salmon is on grill. Garnish with lemon slice and fresh dill.
