Ingredients
| 1 | package UNCLE BEN’S® Brown & Wild Rice Mushroom Recipe |
| 4 | salmon fillets |
| 1 | Tbsp. lemon juice |
| 1/2 | tsp. dill (dried), or 1 Tbsp. fresh |
| 1/4 | tsp. onion powder |
| 1/8 | tsp. pepper |
| 2 | cups green beans |
| 2 | Tbsp. unsalted butter melted |
| heavy-duty aluminum foil |
Instructions
1. Prepare rice according to package directions
2. While grill is heating, combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
3. Arrange salmon in a tray made of heavy-duty foil with 1-inch sides. Spread butter mixture over fillets. Place on medium hot grill and cover lightly with foil and grill about 13-15 minutes.
4. Steam green beans while salmon is on grill. Garnish with lemon slice and fresh dill.
