Ingredients
| 1 | cup UNCLE BEN’S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice |
| 3 | cups lamb cooked and diced |
| 1/4 | cup green pepper diced |
| 1 | cup celery diced |
| 1 | cup onion peeled and sliced |
| 1 | clove garlic minced |
| 2 1/4 | cups chicken broth |
| 1 | Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1/4 | cup water |
| 1 | tsp. salt |
| 2 | Tbsp. flour |
| 1 | tsp. curry powder |
| 3 | Tbsp. oil |
Instructions
1. Cook rice according to package instructions and keep hot.
2. Cook onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic in oil. Add lamb, curry powder and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Cook until lamb is seared on all sides, add in rice, salt and chicken broth.
4. Cover; cook about 30 minutes over low heat.
Blend 2 Tbsp flour with 1/4 cup water and add to pan to thicken the sauce.
5. Serve with rice.
