Ingredients
| 1 | cup UNCLE BEN’S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice |
| 2 | cups cooked ham cubed |
| 1 | package frozen peas thawed |
| 1 | can tomatoes |
| 1 | cup onion sliced |
| 1 | dash cayenne |
| 1 1/2 | tsp. salt |
| 1 | Tbsp. vegetable oil |
Instructions
1. Brown ham in oil in 10-inch skillet; drain. Drain and cut up tomatoes, reserving juice.
2. Add water to juice to make 2-1/4 cups liquid. Add tomatoes, liquid, onions, rice and seasoning to ham.
3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes.
4. Remove from heat; stir in peas. Let stand covered until all liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.

Add in another meat to add flavor. Use chicken and shrimp, or ham and chicken, or sausage and shrimp. Pick three, if desired.
