| 2 | cups UNCLE BEN’S® Boil-In-Bag Rice |
| 8 | hot dogs |
| 1/2 | cup cheddar cheese grated |
| 2 | cans pinto beans |
Great dinner for kids! Serve with ketchup and green beans on the side.

Instructions
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions. When done, combine with beans and pour into cassarole dish.
2. Slice the hot dogs in half lengthwise and then into bite size pieces and place on top of beans. Cover with cheese.
3. Place in a 350 F oven until cheese has melted and hot dogs are heated through.
