Ingredients
| 3 | cups UNCLE BEN’S® Boil-In-Bag Rice |
| 1 1/2 | cups fresh mushrooms sliced |
| 1 | medium tomato chopped |
| 1/4 | cup onion chopped |
| 1 | clove garlic minced |
| 1 | tsp. salt |
| 2 | Tbsp. olive oil |
| 1 1/2 | Tbsp. fresh parsley chopped |
| 1 | tsp. Worcestershire Sauce |
| 6 | Tbsp. red wine |
Instructions
1. Prepare rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a medium sauté pan, stir together olive oil, onion, and garlic over medium-low heat until onion is translucent.
3. Add tomato to onion and stir. Add mushrooms to onion and increase heat, tossing frequently for about 2 minutes.
4. Add wine. It should instantly boil. Cook until 1/2 of the liquid has evaporated.
5. Add rice, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Stir.
6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
