Ingredients
| 1 | cup UNCLE BEN’S® Fast & Natural™ Whole Grain Instant Brown Rice |
| 1/3 | cup carrot thinly sliced |
| 2/3 | cup apples unpeeled, cored, and chopped |
| 1/3 | cup green onions with tops chopped |
| 1/2 | cup water |
| 1 | dash salt |
| 1 | Tbsp. vegetable oil |
| 3/4 | cup vegetable broth |
| 4 | tsp. seedless raisins |
| 1 | tsp. sesame seeds divided |
Add some toasted walnuts or pecans for a nutty and crunchy texture

Instructions
1. In a small saucepan bring vegetable broth and water to boil; add rice and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Set aside.
2. In a small skillet, over medium-high heat, add oil and cook carrots until al dente. Add onions and apples; cook 3 minutes.
3. Stir in rice, raisins, 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds and salt. Cook, stirring until thoroughly heated.
4. Garnish with remaining sesame seeds.
