Ingredients
| 1 | cup UNCLE BEN’S® Natural Whole Grain Brown Rice |
| 1 1/2 | lb. flank steak trimmed and scored |
| 1/2 | cup sliced onion |
| 2 1/4 | cups beef broth |
| 1 | cup sliced fresh mushrooms |
| 1/3 | cup Worcestershire sauce divided |
| 2 | Tbsp. vegetable oil |
| salt and pepper |
Instructions
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions replacing beef broth and one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce for the water.
2. Whisk remaining Worcestershire sauce with 1 tablespoon oil. Score flank steak and baste it with Worcestershire marinade. Grill or broil until done to your taste.
3. While rice and steak finish cooking, sauté mushrooms and onion with remaining oil.
4. To serve, place cooked rice on platter, arrange sliced flank steak and sautéed mushrooms-onion on top. Serve warm.
