Ingredients
| 1/2 | cup UNCLE BEN’S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice |
| 3/4 | lb. large shrimp peeled and deveined |
| 1/4 | lb. asparagus cut into 1" pieces |
| 1/4 | cup red bell pepper |
| 2 | tsp. ginger |
| 1 1/2 | Tbsp. soy sauce |
| 2 | cloves garlic minced |
| 1/3 | tsp. red pepper flakes |
| 1 1/3 | cups water |
| 1 | Tbsp. vegetable oil |
| 1/3 | cup dry white wine |
Instructions
1. Prepare rice according to package instructions, but add soy sauce to the water. Remove from heat.
2. While rice is cooking, cut asparagus into 1-inch pieces.
3. Stir asparagus and red pepper into cooked rice. Let stand covered while preparing shrimp.
4. Heat oil in 10" skillet. Add shrimp, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
5. Add wine. Continue cooking and stirring over medium heat until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Serve over rice.
